Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Ready-Mix Plant Manager to oversee plant production, operations and site facilities, closely coordinating with batch personnel and drivers.

Responsibilities include safety and environmental compliance, production planning and budgeting, personnel and maintenance management, production data analysis, and training to uphold quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in ready-mix operations, including yard and delivery.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA and DOT regulations.
• Experience managing multiple teams and driver training programs.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
