Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum five years in industrial manufacturing, cement, mining, or related fields.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of mechanical equipment (mills, conveyors, silos, dust collection systems).
• Coordinate mechanical contractors and vendors to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
• Inspect equipment installation for standards compliance.
• Assist in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation and startup.
• Ensure OSHA/MSHA safety compliance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventories.
