Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive stamping or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of stamping processes, dies, material flow, and launch activities.
• Demonstrated project-management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead stamping launch team and establish roles, timing, escalation plans.
• Develop stamping launch plan, Launch Wall, and progress reports.
• Coordinate die delivery, installation, tryouts, and handoffs to production.
