Job summary

North American Stamping Group seeks an experienced manufacturing engineering leader to organize and supervise new processes and projects across stamping, welding, and assembly. You will guide tool and equipment setup, drive cost and quality improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role requires strong CAD, APQP, and lean manufacturing knowledge, with a focus on safety, equipment reliability, and process optimization across NASG facilities in the US.

Qualifications

High school graduate with technical post-secondary training or equivalent experience.
Five years stamping or related field and five years manufacturing engineering experience.
Familiarity with APQP, lean methods, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering functions for manufacturing and assembly processes.
Develop process and production preparation plans for new components.
Set up automation, train staff, and hand over to manufacturing teams.
Ensure safety, efficiency and standardization across NASG facilities.
Drive cost reduction, productivity gains, and continuous improvement.
