Ag Processing Inc is seeking a Plant Shift Supervisor for our Hastings, NE soy processing facility. The role oversees day-to-day operations, trains employees, enforces policies, and ensures quality standards are met.

You will supervise plant workers, manage scheduling, monitor inventory, and participate in meetings. The position requires a high school diploma (technical degree preferred) and a collaborative, safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support through supervising plant workers, including training, determining methods for work, and scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain processing supply inventory via orders and documenting stock on hand.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage projects as assigned.
• Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
