Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices for operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee shift performance including productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
• Set daily production goals and clearly communicate priorities to the team.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Conduct inspections to ensure SOPs and quality controls are followed.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to optimize production flow and resolve issues.
• Train and develop operators to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate shift records, logs, and inventory tracking.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
