Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises all aspects of manufacturing operations (first level supervisor).
• Responds to safety and environmental incidents and serves as incident commander until relieved.
• Monitors and adjusts plant operating conditions for safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinates activities between Operations and Mechanical Departments during off-hours.
• Directs and is responsible for the activities on their shift (3-12 employees).
• Orders operating supplies up to $50,000 per purchase requisition.
