**The role** **you’ll** **contribute:**

The Manager of Plant Services is responsible for providing leadership to the Engineering Department in conjunction with the Director and for management of its human, material and financial resources.

**The value** **you’ll** **bring to the team:**

+ Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment in good repair.

+ Manages staff in performing hospital PM and CM program.

+ Responsible for the facilitation of repair and maintenance of all plant machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, fire equipment, alarms, switches, and sensors.

+ Ensures maintenance is recorded in accordance with schedules.

+ Responsible for placing orders for items necessary in the maintenance and repair of the facility.

Qualifications

**The** **expertise** **and experiences** **you’ll** **need to succeed:**

+ Minimum two years of job related experience

+ High School graduate or equivalent

+ Experience with regulatory bodies: Joint Commission and Agency for Healthcare Administration

+ Proficient in Word, Excel, and able to learn PM/CM Applications
