Graham Packaging is seeking a Plant HR Generalist to support HR operations at the manufacturing plant. The role requires enacting safety, GMP and company policies while partnering with employees, operations and corporate HR to resolve issues and ensure compliant HR processes.

Human Resources Generalists are responsible for operational HR functions in the plant. Support the goals of the HR division, ensuring responsive and value added services to all employees. The primary duties of a Plant HR Generalist include:
A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. A minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience in manufacturing preferred.

The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
