Lozier is seeking a Detailed Plant Scheduler to develop daily production schedules in Oracle EBS, align them with short-term master plans, and balance demand with capacity. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize changeovers, material availability, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in scheduling in a manufacturing environment, a Bachelor degree in a related field, and strong Excel/ERP skills to support continuous improvement and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in scheduling if degree holder; 7+ years if non-degree.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and standard MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of BOM structure, MRP, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Create daily production schedules aligned with master plans.
• Manage open work orders and track progress to on-time completion.
• Monitor schedule adherence and identify root causes of delays.
• Collaborate with shop floor and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain manufacturing calendar with holidays and maintenance windows.
• Adjust plans in response to material availability and capacity changes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning and inventory.
• Communicate schedule changes and capacity constraints clearly.
