Job summary

Lozier Corporation is seeking a Detailed Plant Scheduler in Joplin, MO to develop daily production schedules in Oracle EBS, aligned with short-term plans and capacity constraints. You will manage open work orders, monitor adherence, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years of scheduling or 7 years if non-degreed, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in scheduling or inventory control if degreed; 7 years if non-degreed.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Basic PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Production planning/scheduling experience.
• Inventory management and BOM knowledge.
• Experience with performance indicators and scorecards.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop systematic daily production schedules in Oracle EBS to meet demand.
• Create schedules aligned with short-term plans and capacity.
• Manage open work orders and track progress to on-time closure.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to mitigate delays.
• Provide feedback on master data changes and calendar updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency.
