Responsibilities

• Lead hourly/daily scheduling to meet weekly/monthly deadlines.
• Coordinate with department leads to visualize WIP and update progress.
• Monitor orders, inventory, and capacity to optimize production flow.
• Participate in daily production meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely communication of status to customer service and other departments.
