Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Plant Reliability Technician to keep production machinery, refrigeration, and building systems running in a GMP-compliant facility. This hands-on role calls for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, while executing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

You will support operators on the floor, order parts to sustain critical inventory, and lead facility modifications and safety practices to minimize downtime and uphold product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing production machinery.
• Electrical systems diagnostics and repair in a manufacturing setting.
