Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Plant Reliability Technician for its coil coating operation in Fairland, IN. This role is on the production floor where you will troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document work in the CMMS, while adhering to LOTO and OSHA standards. The position requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and hands-on skills with electrical

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in industrial equipment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• CMMS familiarity and LOTO understanding.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors, and wiring.
• Repair and maintain gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, chains, and pumps.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain plant utilities including boilers and compressed air systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Document completed work in the CMMS and follow safety procedures.
