Qnity in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Operations Leader to drive health and reliability of the asset through best practices in product supply, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead the plant's efforts in environmental health & safety, asset utilization, productivity, quality, and morale.

You will partner with the Site Leader to reinforce core values, guide change, and optimize the total cost of production while coordinating with EHS, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering

Competenze

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical or related) required.
• 5+ years plant manufacturing/maintenance experience.
• Direct supervisory experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
• Data-driven, action-oriented, and able to manage diverse workload.
• Green Belt or higher certification preferred.

• Ensure compliance with PSM, MOC, regulatory and permit requirements.
• Drive maximum plant reliability and reduce unplanned events.
• Provide coaching and timely follow-up on deviations and investigations.
• Motivate the team and communicate purpose of messages to empower the organization.
• Develop partnerships with EHS, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering.
• Understand facility business model and align operations with corporate strategy.
• Lead cost control and budgeting for the plant.
• Resolve high-impact customer issues and support customer audits.
