Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp in Bellmawr, NJ seeks a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, engineering, and reliability functions for safe and efficient plant operations.

You will drive preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, spare parts management, and data-driven programs using Redzone to maximize uptime and asset health. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced snack-food environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance/engineering leadership in CPG or food manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMS / Redzone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns line uptime, MTBF, MTTR and overall equipment reliability.
• Leads maintenance supervisors and technicians; sets expectations.
• Develops preventive/predictive maintenance programs; reduces downtime.
• Partners with Operations to improve equipment performance and plant productivity.
