Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Reliability Manager for the Natchitoches Engineered Wood Products site in Natchitoches, LA. The role leads reliability planning, FMEA, RCA, PM optimization, oil analysis, vibration, infrared imaging, alignment, balancing and lubrication to improve safety, quality, and uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of Reliability experience in lieu of a BS-Engineering related degree.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with production & maintenance teams.
• Ability to analyze equipment condition and lead preventative/predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability strategy for the Natchitoches Engineered Wood Products site, including FMEA and RCA.
• Oversee PM optimization, oil analysis, vibration, infrared imaging, alignment, balancing, and lubrication programs.
• Drive reliability culture and continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate with capital management and reliability personnel to execute maintainability enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training and coaching to leaders and associates on reliability practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and corporate policies across all activities.
