Job summary

Polycorp is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, utilities, and capital improvements at the California manufacturing site. The role ensures safe, reliable operation of production equipment and plant infrastructure while guiding a team and managing contractors and budgets.

Responsibilities include setting priorities, overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement for equipment reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams, contractors, budgets, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians.
• Establish priorities to maximize uptime and support production.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical leadership on mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and on-call support.
• Manage building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Lead capital projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor work plans.
• Support engineering docs, AutoCAD drawings, and layouts.
