Job summary

Stanadyne is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager for our injector remanufacturing and aftermarket pump plant in South Carolina. The role leads a reliability-focused maintenance organization, driving PM programs, equipment uptime, MTBF/MTTR targets, and safety compliance.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and other functions to improve production performance, establish spare-parts strategies, and develop the team through coaching and cross-training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven reliability improvements and downtime reduction.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead maintenance resources in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment uptime, availability, and reliability for plant assets.
• Drive uptime targets, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime reduction.
• Review downtime, lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain equipment history through the CMMS/maintenance system.
• Develop and lead maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
• Ensure maintenance support across production shifts and rapid response.
• Collaborate with Ops, Eng, Quality to improve capability and performance.
• Develop critical spare-parts strategy for equipment and utilities.
• Oversee plant facility reliability including electrical, HVAC, water, life-safety, security.
• Identify risks and plan preventive, contingency, and capital actions.
• Manage outside contractors while ensuring safety and LOTO compliance.
• Support maintenance and reliability of injector, calibration, CNC, and automation systems.
