Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and respond to callouts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, establish, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review maintenance work and develop best practices.
• Support plant reliability and efficiency with design recommendations.
• Assist with capital/expense project work and scope development.
• Provide backup for maintenance-related furnace repairs, rehabs, and rebuilds.
