Job summary

Dauch Corporation, Bowling Green, OH, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to design and manage the plant's preventive maintenance program. You will develop work orders, coordinate with cross-functional teams and optimize equipment uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in maintenance planning, and CMMS experience with SAP PM, Maximo and Infor EAM.

3+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Proven CMMS experience with SAP PM, Maximo and Infor EAM.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) program for plant equipment.
Create detailed work orders with scope, resources, safety procedures and estimates.
Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks using CMMS aligned with production needs.
Coordinate with production, engineering and other departments to minimize impact on schedules.
Identify and procure parts and materials for planned maintenance with purchasing and inventory control.
Conduct post-maintenance reviews to analyze effectiveness and update PM procedures.
Track KPIs like uptime, MTBF and maintenance costs and report trends.
Ensure safety, environmental standards and company policies during maintenance planning.
