The Quality Manager is a member of the site’s Leadership Team and plays a critical role in ensuring the site operates in full compliance with all federal/state regulations, ISO 13485 standards, customer specifications, and the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal Quality Manager drives the completion of process improvements and leads the Quality Team to achieve all short and long-term goals. Together, the Quality Team maximizes productivity by facilitating the flow of raw materials, work in progress, and final products, while minimizing deviations, events, and customer complaints.
A successful Quality Manager ensures the site’s products exceed all quality standards and customer expectations. They do so by working closely with operations, customers, suppliers and cross functional teams to proactively monitor and measure the health of the QMS, manufacturing system, and supply chain. They take quick action and support root cause analysis, change management, document control, and CAPA when needed. They ensure the site is following a robust training program. And they oversee the validation of equipment, processes, and products.
Lastly, the Quality Manager is responsible for facilitating and hosting internal, customer, and supplier audits. They ensure clear and effective corrective action is taken from all audit observations. They ensure all investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA are comprehensive. And they review and approve quality agreements with customers.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $102,000to $158,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,260 to $178,540. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
