Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a hands-on Plant Quality Manager for a Cookeville, TN site. You will apply and maintain the quality system, ensure HSQE compliance, and drive improvements in product quality and safety across the plant.

The role leads the Quality team, participates in Plant Committee, and develops control programs and reports. Weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with direct hire employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar position, preferably automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality and environment systems and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSQE at the plant and maintain documentation.
• Adapt HSQE to customer needs and local rules.
• Ensure the quality of productive processes at the plant.
• Develop quality reports and control programs; lead improvement projects.
• Lead the Quality team and participate in Plant Committee.
