While reporting to the Segment Quality Manager - Thermoforming, as the Plant Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the plant’s quality testing and reporting system within the DeKalb Facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining the quality testing/reporting system.
• Managing the specification, test methods, and instruction processes.
• Performing line validations during major changes or new product introductions.
• Ensuring quality records are maintained.
• Providing direction to the QC team to attain and maintain plant quality standards.

This position is located in DeKalb, IL, and is 100% onsite.

We’d Love To Hear From You If

• You have a four-year degree, preferably in sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• You have 3-5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager.
• You have previous experience in developing and maintaining a quality testing/reporting system.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360, plus a quarterly target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.
