Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Plant Quality Manager to ensure all plant actions comply with the Faurecia Excellence System and customer requirements. You will lead the Plant Quality organization, monitor objectives, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

You will also collaborate with Purchasing on supplier quality initiatives and have the authority to halt production if quality is not assured, while maintaining comprehensive quality records and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Bi-lingual preferred; English required.

Responsibilities

• Represent customer requirements internally.
• Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress.
• Manage the Plant Quality System in line with the Faurecia Excellence System.
• Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
• Ensure compliance with all Safety and regulation standards.
• Report Quality results to relevant parties and maintain records.
• Collaborate with Purchasing on Supplier Quality Assurance.
• Interrupt manufacturing/delivery if Quality is not assured.
