Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC, Jacksonville Plant, is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead Food Safety, Packaging Quality, and Product Quality initiatives. You will coordinate audits, drive data-driven improvements, and ensure GMP and sanitation standards are met across the facility.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, QA leadership, and collaboration with R&D on product evaluations and launches. Bachelor's in related field required; HACCP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in food/beverage quality environments; HACCP knowledge preferred.
• Strong data analysis and root-cause investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Safety, Packaging Quality, and Product Quality activities.
• Serve as plant QA liaison for audits and initiatives.
• Track data, perform root-cause analyses, and drive improvement.
• Ensure GMP, sanitation and regulatory compliance in the plant.
• Manage QA staff performance and development.
• Support R&D with product evaluations and launches.
