Job summary

TULKOFF FOOD PRODUCTS LLC seeks a Site Food Safety and Quality Manager to lead the FSQMS at the Baltimore facility, ensuring all products meet regulatory, customer, and company standards. You will manage the QA/QC team, champion a strong quality culture, and partner across Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 5–7 years in food manufacturing QA/QC, SQF/HACCP certifications, and deep knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing quality assurance/food safety.
• Experience leading a site-level QA/QC team in a production environment.
• SQF Practitioner certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire); HACCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQMS and ensure compliance with SQF Code, HACCP principles, and applicable GFSI schemes.
• Oversee audits, CAPA closure, regulatory inspections, and customer audits as needed.
• Develop and maintain HACCP/Food Safety Plans and prerequisite programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain.
