Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant QA Supervisor (Nights) to lead quality assurance activities in a fast-paced bottling facility. You will oversee blending, lab testing, audits, and safety programs to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills are essential. The role requires a strong background in GMP, HACCP, or SQF environments, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality, Biological Sciences, Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Food Science, Quality, Biological Sciences, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing environment and 4+ years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience managing people or projects; strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee blending of raw materials to mineral batches and maintain inventory.
• Supervise laboratory duties including microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
• Lead internal audits of sanitation, GMPs and machine operations; report results.
• Investigate root causes for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Support food safety and quality initiatives; back up QA Manager as needed.
