Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of purchasing and inventory-management experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or team-lead experience.

Aufgaben

• Follow and support all safety, food-safety, quality, sanitation, environmental, security, and regulatory policies.
• Ensure materials and suppliers meet approved specifications and documentation before use.
• Establish and maintain a system to inspect supplies upon receipt to ensure correct shipments.
• Report unsafe conditions, food-safety or quality concerns, supply risks, or compliance issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory areas in partnership with warehouse and operating teams, including shelf life and chemical compatibility controls.
• Manage the full purchasing process and maintain appropriate inventory levels to avoid production interruptions.
• Forecast inventory needs based on production and usage data.
• Develop cycle-count and physical inventory programs and post timely adjustments.
