Job summary

Campbell’s in the United States seeks a Project Engineer/PM to lead capital projects in a manufacturing setting. You will drive project execution, coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality, and safety, and ensure alignment with Campbell’s standards.<\/p>

The role emphasizes CAPEX from $25k to $1,000k+, strong problem-solving, and leadership to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Relief of redundancy and safety are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a project manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading capital projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety teams to align projects with plant needs.
• Develop and execute CAPEX projects from $25k to $1,000k+.
• Create project scopes, detailed engineering designs/layouts and specifications.
• Direct and execute design, installation, construction, and commissioning of projects to ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Manage budgets, provide cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support for operations and maintenance.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of process design and engineering principles.

How You Will Make History Here…

The Project engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership by identifying, developing and executing capital projects for the factory. This position will maintain visibility to the design process and assure adherence to Campbells standards and project deliverables while directly managing overall project execution. Additionally, this position will coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety groups inside and outside the organization.

Compensation And Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$114,900-$158,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
