Campbell’s in the United States seeks a Project Engineer/PM to lead capital projects in a manufacturing setting. You will drive project execution, coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality, and safety, and ensure alignment with Campbell’s standards.<\/p>

The Project engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership by identifying, developing and executing capital projects for the factory. This position will maintain visibility to the design process and assure adherence to Campbells standards and project deliverables while directly managing overall project execution. Additionally, this position will coordinate with maintenance, operations, quality and safety groups inside and outside the organization.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$114,900-$158,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
