Job summary

Forvia in Indiana seeks a Plant Program/Launch Team Member to lead automotive program launches from post–acquisition through six months after SOP. You will implement APQP, manage budgets, coordinate tasks, and interface with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time, compliant launches.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or final engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience coordinating automotive programs.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate automotive program tasks using a schedule of activities.
• Manage the program's budget and allocate resources.
• Interface with customers and suppliers as defined by the program.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
• Oversee production release, equipment installation, and ramp-up activities.
