Responsibilities

• Supervise production and sanitation activities across shifts.
• Train and motivate team to meet yield, quality, productivity, and safety goals.
• Ensure department goals on quality, yield, productivity, cost, and safety.
• Develop and train team members within company policies.
• Monitor standards and indexes for the area of responsibility.
• Provide timely feedback on productivity, downtime, quality, yield, cost and safety.
• Ensure preventive maintenance on all equipment and coordinate improvements with supervision.
• Lead safety orientations and meetings as required.
