Job summary

Faurecia is seeking a Quality Engineer at our Fraser, MI plant to ensure customer satisfaction and lead quality initiatives across production and engineering.

You will manage PPAP submissions, PFMEA updates, control plans, and ISO/TS 16949 processes while coaching operators and supervisors in quality principles. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 2–5 years automotive experience are required.
