Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Two+ years of production planning/scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to leverage data to support planning and continuous improvement.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create daily/weekly production schedules and SAP process orders for finished goods and subcomponents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, FSQA and Warehouse on releases and inventory.
• Maintain long-term production plans based on forecasts and capacity.
• Plan within plant constraints to optimize efficiency and balance workloads.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly KPI reports; analyze schedule conformance and root causes.
