You will monitor equipment, maintain records, follow safety protocols, operate wheel loaders and forklifts, report maintenance needs, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure quality production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in plant or industrial manufacturing operations preferred.
• Loader and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment settings and product quality information.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and recognize issues.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively.
• Operate wheel loader and forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report on conditions and maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
