Aero Aggregates is seeking a Plant Production Operator for the Dunnellon, FL facility. The role focuses on safe operation of processing equipment and heavy machinery to ensure product quality and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, communicating with the team, and maintaining safety protocols. Flexible coverage for days shifts in a fast-paced industrial environment is required. Prior loader/forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in plant or industrial manufacturing operations.
• Loader and forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment settings and product quality information.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and recognize issues as they arise.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively.
• Operate wheel loader and forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report on condition and items in need of maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
