Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and production processes per Bell policies and SQF standards.
• Meet on-time service goals through scheduling and resource use.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for production, sanitation, inventory transfers.
• Lead safety programs and ensure GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product commissioning.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements.
• Assist in budget planning and equipment needs.
