Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Hanover plant’s daily production operations, focusing on safe, compliant, and efficient performance. You will guide a team of supervisors, operators, and workers to meet production targets, optimize bottlenecks, and sustain high quality across pretzel manufacturing processes.

This on-site role requires 5+ years in production with supervisory experience, a manufacturing degree preferred, and proficiency with SAP and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in production/food manufacturing; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to production supervisors and team members; assign tasks to meet targets.
• Coordinate production workflows; monitor lines; ensure material availability.
• Lead safety-first culture; support Health & Safety and食品 safety compliance.
• Champion CI initiatives and LEAN practices; promote employee engagement.
• Monitor worker performance; provide feedback and corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and resolve quality issues; collaborate with QA and engineering.
• Oversee maintenance to minimize downtime; ensure clean, organized production area.
• Prepare and submit production performance reports; ensure policy compliance.
