ICL Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead direct reports in our Gallipolis Ferry, WV chemical plant. You will drive production to plan, manage overtime, and ensure accurate payroll reporting while maintaining safety standards.

Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years in chemical manufacturing, supervisory experience, and proficiency with SAP/ERP. Local candidates only, relocation not offered. Competitive benefits and bonuses apply.

Qualificações

• Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing as a Production Supervisor, Production Lead or a Process Operator.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Must be able to work under high pressure environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting with production scheduling, maintenance exposure, and operational analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for performance to KPI's (overtime % for Process Operators).
• Approve production Process Operator overtime.
• Ensure accuracy of hourly payroll reports to Accounting.
• Plan, delegate, and control work assignments for Process Operators.
• Maintain staffing levels and document attendance/vacation coverage.
• Manage workforce performance and document attendance/performance issues.
• Ensure work area cleanliness and safety housekeeping.
• Set work goals and standards for Process Operators.
• Assess training needs and develop training plans.
• Manufacture to the plant production plan and ensure daily report accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance on permits and maintenance plan.
• Operate production equipment to meet manufacturing goals.
• Perform short interval control to support KPI targets.
• Coach operators in root cause analysis before notifying maintenance.
• Ensure safety self-inspections are completed.
• Enter daily production data into SAP.
