Job summary

Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking a production team member in a fast-paced facility in New Jersey. The role supports the production team leads in achieving safety, quality and efficiency standards, performing packer, filler, stacker, and labeling duties as needed.

Candidates should be able to read and speak English, have basic math skills, and be willing to work in a cold, wet 24-hour plant environment. GED/high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP/PPE, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Pack, label, and inspect salads and bowls for quality.
• Move and handle products in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain clean work area and report issues to QA.
• Assist with multiple room roles as needed.
