Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Georgia is seeking a production team member to support our packing, filling, and inspection operations in a fast-paced plant. You will follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, operate standard equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

This role requires the ability to read and follow precise instructions, work in a cold, wet environment, and be able to stand for long periods. Cross-training across several positions may be provided to support production goals and quality

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to work in a cold, wet plant environment.
• GED or High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE, Safety guidelines, maintains HACCP & Sanitation guidelines & processes.
• Operates standard packaging, filling, and inspection equipment.
• Visually inspects bowls of packed product for quality and labeling.
• Packs units into approved cases and maintains clean work area.
• Maintains a safe, fast-paced production environment and cross-trains across positions.
