Job summary

Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking an entry-level production team member to support our production room and assist team leads in achieving top safety, quality and efficiency standards. The role may involve packing, filling, stacking, labeling, and inspection duties.

The position requires English literacy, ability to work in a cold, wet environment, and willingness to multitask across stations. Teamwork and adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math comprehension.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24-hour plant environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMP/PPE, Safety guidelines, maintains HACCP & Sanitation guidelines & processes.
• Utilizes proper tools to open bags and portion products following proper process.
• Understands yield standards.
• Works safely around moving equipment and conveyors in wet environment.
• Packs units into approved cases.
• Follows specifications for salad blending.
• Visually inspects bowls of packed product for quality including seal integrity and weight.
• Can be crossed trained and multitask in multiple positions.
• Maintains a clean work area at all times.
• Notifies QA if product has quality issues.
