Job summary

Groupe Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking a Team Member 2 for our manufacturing plants to support production while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This role emphasizes adherence to GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines and accurate material handling.

You will be involved in stocking, labeling, ingredient supply, and coordination with Kitchen and Frontline teams to maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• GMP, safety guidelines and HACCP knowledge required.
• Reading, writing and speaking English preferred.
• Willingness to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant KPIs (production, quality, safety).
• Cross-training and multitasking across positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP, PPE, safety, SQF, HACCP and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Read production schedules and track lot numbers, SKUs, and flow.
• Spot inconsistencies per product specs and remove foreign material.
• Maintain a safe, clean area and operate around moving equipment.
• Stock line with ingredients and ensure correct product supply.
• Inspect and apply labels manually as needed.
• Coordinate with Dumper/Kitchen to verify ingredient supply.
• Provide ingredients to Kitchen based on priority and schedule.
• Open ingredients and align with Frontline Coordinator.
• Document verbally and in writing as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
