Job summary

The position requires strong Excel, SAP/ERP proficiency and the ability to prepare weekly and monthly operating reports for management. Travel to plant locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with ERP/SAP in a manufacturing environment.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is not required but a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily production transactions and inventory records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operating reports for management.
• Assist with SOX controls and documentation.
• Travel to plant locations to support reporting.
• Analyze variances and support financial presentations.
