Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking a Process Improvement Professional at the Gerrish Plant in Pendleton, SC. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, drive manufacturing process improvements, and improve quality, consistency and cost. Collaboration with Product Development to create new samples and products is expected.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving and project-management skills. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
