Rust-Oleum is seeking a Plant Process Engineer to control internal processes for polyurethane products, paints, and coatings. You will define and analyze manufacturing processes for blending and filling, improve quality, safety and efficiency, and maintain PI instructions.

As our Plant Process Engineer you will control internal processes to manufacture polyurethane products, protective paints, and coatings by defining and analyzing the manufacturing process of both blending and filling operations for improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency, and creating, improving, and maintaining manufacturing Process Instructions (PI) and salvage/rework integration. This role is not restricted to a desk with plenty of visibility and work done with the internal team and contractors out on the production floor. You will work directly with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, Controls, and Leadership to troubleshoot processes, execute projects, and make the plant safer, more reliable, and more efficient. It is primarily first shift, but some flexibility is required. We are a PSM facility.
Salary Target Range: $85,000- $105,000; bonus eligible
