Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc is seeking a Facility and Process Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of plant systems and infrastructure supporting paint operations in Lafayette, IN. The role owns critical facility assets and capital programs to enable safe, reliable, and cost-effective production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related) with 5-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities engineering.
• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology with 5-8 years of relevant experience if applicable.

Mansioni

• Lead design, deployment, and continuous improvement of plant systems and infrastructure supporting paint operations.
• Own capital engineering programs to enable safe, reliable, and cost-effective production.
• Drive modernization initiatives including automation and digitalization to improve asset performance and efficiency.
• Conduct business process audits and lead Kaizen activities to improve process indicators.
• Develop and manage master schedules and budgets for projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Materials, and New Model Pilot teams for process validations.
