Job summary

Faurecia in Kentucky seeks a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor to manage the internal flow of parts from receipt to shipping, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth production line support in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, optimize logistics basics, maintain visual management, coordinate with quality, production and engineering, and drive productivity gains while meeting deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in industry preferred; English required with Spanish a plus.

You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Minimumeducation Level

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Automobile industry work experience, preferred

Skills And Competencies
