Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pesticide Applicator's License or ability to obtain one.
• Experience operating farm equipment or willingness to learn.
• Evidence of or strong potential for managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage laboratory, field, and greenhouse experiments.
• Coordinate research operations and organize schedules, supplies, and records.
• Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and ensure safety.
• Train graduate and undergraduate students in methodologies and nematological techniques.
• Serve as primary PCard holder and process transactions.
• Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations.
