Job summary

Walters Gardens, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping/Loader to prepare, scan, load live plant orders and operate required equipment in a fast-paced greenhouse environment. You will move products between greenhouse and shipping areas, load trucks, verify orders, and follow safety procedures.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required; valid driver's license when driving a box truck may be needed. This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed instructions while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training.
• Able to obtain authorization to operate company equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record when assigned to drive a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, strip, scan, stage, and load live plant orders for shipment.
• Move product between greenhouse and shipping areas using approved equipment.
• Operate company box truck as assigned to transport plants, supplies, or materials.
